I recently boasted about my multi-tasking prowess as a natural outcome from years of training in single-motherhood. Imagine how quickly my puffed-chest deflated when I discovered this pro who clearly graduated at the top of her class:
An Ohio mother faces charges for breastfeeding her daughter while driving her other children to school.
"I'm following behind a lady in a van who is driving while breastfeeding her newborn baby and talking on the cell phone," said a 911 caller.
Officers then pulled over the mother and issued her a ticket for not having her child in a car seat.
Well, we can't all be Valedictorian.
I read this earlier on Oh Hell Nawl and was not pleased. I breast fed while in route to somewhere, but I pulled the hell over first. And in a day and age where you can get an ear bud or blue tooth so easily, there no excuse for not using one. I applaud any woman who can/does multi-task, but she took that mess too damn far.
I guess she's got us both beat for Valevictorian! *humpth*
Love to live; live to love!

I'm still shocked to see how a few women have stepped forth to admit doing this themselves on my blog. What she did was reprehensible. Ordinarily, I'm an advocate for us NOT SAVING STUPID PEOPLE. But given that there is a child involved...
